Trade Pattern Radar is a chart-pattern alert, pattern analysis, and trade-planning service. It is intended to provide subscribers with chart-based pattern alerts, related trading-strategy materials, order-structure calculations, and daily or other periodic performance reports. Trade Pattern Radar does not place trades, manage accounts, custody customer funds, or make trading decisions for subscribers. Subscribers are solely responsible for reviewing each alert, deciding whether to trade, selecting position size, entering orders, managing trades, and accepting all risks associated with their trading decisions. Futures trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all traders or investors. Futures markets can be highly volatile, leveraged, and fast-moving. Losses can occur quickly and may exceed the amount originally committed to a trade. You should trade only with risk capital that you can afford to lose, and you should carefully consider whether futures trading is appropriate for your financial condition, trading experience, risk tolerance, and investment objectives. Trade Pattern Radar does not provide personalized investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any charts, alerts, strategies, spreadsheets, examples, performance reports, or educational materials provided by Trade Pattern Radar are for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, enter, exit, or modify any futures contract, option, security, commodity interest, or other financial instrument. The full-service version of Trade Pattern Radar may include a trading-strategy explanation and spreadsheet-based order-structure calculations. These materials are intended to help subscribers understand and organize a possible trade-planning workflow. They do not guarantee that any trade will be profitable, appropriate, executable, or suitable for any particular subscriber. Past performance, backtested results, simulated results, model results, hypothetical examples, and historical pattern-performance reports do not guarantee future results. Market conditions change, and a strategy or pattern that performed well in one period may perform poorly in another. No trading method, pattern, alert service, strategy, spreadsheet, or performance report can eliminate risk or guarantee profits. Subscribers should independently verify all information before trading. This includes, but is not limited to, contract specifications, tick values, margin requirements, expiration dates, liquidity, order prices, stop levels, target levels, trading hours, scheduled news, and any other information relevant to a proposed trade. Market data, calculations, alerts, reports, and spreadsheet outputs may contain errors, delays, omissions, or inaccuracies. By using Trade Pattern Radar, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own trading decisions and that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Pattern Radar is not responsible for any trading losses, missed opportunities, execution problems, platform errors, data errors, service outages, email delivery failures, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Trade Pattern Radar cannot guarantee continuous service. Interruptions, delays, outages, data-feed problems, internet problems, email delivery failures, software errors, platform errors, maintenance periods, and other service disruptions may occur. Subscribers should be prepared for service outages and should not rely on Trade Pattern Radar as their sole source of market information or trade management information. Trade Pattern Radar charts include time data. Market prices that could be used to construct a chart are not supplied. Trade Pattern Radar is not a market-data provider. Subscribers must supply their own price charts, and use the time data to find prices on their charts. Any chart, timestamp, pattern label, price reference, or order-structure calculation supplied by Trade Pattern Radar should be independently verified using the subscriber’s own broker, trading platform, market-data provider, or other trusted source before any trading decision is made. Trade Pattern Radar analysis does not include execution costs such as commissions, exchange fees, broker fees, taxes, slippage, order rejection, partial fills, data delays, or other real-world trading conditions. Trade Pattern Radar performance reports are not the subscriber’s personal trading results and may not reflect precise real-world execution. Trade result reports are based on trading strategies and market data. This data may differ than the subscriber's own data and the subscriber may not implement the trading strategy perfectly. The reports are intended to be used as approximations. Actual subscriber results may differ materially from any examples, model results, alerts, or reported pattern performance. Even when a trade setup is identified correctly and followed precisely, some trades will lose money. Losses are an unavoidable part of trading. The goal of any trading method is not to eliminate losses, but to manage risk and seek favorable results over time. Losses may exceed the initial investment. Do not trade futures or any other leveraged financial product unless you fully understand the risks involved and are prepared to accept those risks.
